THE TIMES OF INDIA, 13 MAY 2008
Gowri has taste, music, literary sensibility and lights to highlight how individuals get torn apart by political chaos. The spectators to a man remain spellbound for 90 minutes. The actors get into their characters with amazing facility.
AHMEDABAD MIRROR 13 MAY 2008
Monet's lilyscapes act as a symbolic metaphor, (reminding) you of the momentary magic created by the Impressionists in their paintings. The characters generate high drama presenting their personal slice of life.
MUMBAI MIRROR 28 FERUARY 2008
You could not have imagined three encounters more divided by geography and culture. The only thing that linked them was the violence that they were trying to come to terms with in their different ways. There was plenty of wit and repartee here and jokes at each other's expense. Each one felt free to live according to his or her values and took away something of great value from the encounters.
MUMBAI THEATRE GUIDE 28 FEBRUARY 2008
You come out thinking you have watched good theatre, which is after all a rarity these days.
KALKI WEEKLY, 14 OCTOBER 2007
Disturbing moral questions are raised, reason challenging the answers known to instinct. A sense of beauty unfolds delicately, to spread an elusive scent.
THE NEW INDIAN EXPRESS, 21 OCTOBER 2007
Dhritiman Chaterji is more than effective in the portrayal of a tortured soul, combining the self confidence of professional success with the fears of tormented guilt.
SRUTI MAGAZINE, DECEMBER 2007
The man woman encounters have a lyrical quality, enhanced by Anil Srinivasan's piano. This is theatre where versatility is part of the game.
